Training Delivery – CSA B335-15 Standards, OHS Guidelines Compliant & Updated Monthly
Courses are delivered on-site using the latest equipment and methods. Trainees are trained in the classroom with models, explanations, and written examples, and given a written Theory Evaluation (Multiple Choice 30 Question Evaluation ( Must get 80% to pass ) to determine safety knowledge pre-driving/operation of equipment. Once determined they are safe to operate, trainees will undergo a Practical Driving/ Operation Evaluation. (This includes safe use of site PPE, pre-shift safety checklist walk-around, and site-specific (Job-Specific) required development of skills and abilities to safely accomplish them. Safe driving examples are given before driving expectations, and no time limits to complete them with multiple attempts to succeed are offered. Patience with all operators is taken and offered to have a sense of family safety in mind. Calm, slow actions are shown, and understanding of individual operators and site requirements is part of the training development process. This achieves the most effective course duration (Saving Downtime). Experienced operators can be recertified in 2 hours.
3-Year Training Certifications, Wallet Cards and Records of Evaluation Results will be delivered to your site
Upon successful evaluation, we provide a 3-year certification for operators. Free follow-up printing of lost records or wallet cards for employees who have lost documentation and would need a free replacement. No Problem! Just Ask Us!:)
